The History of Conjuring with Errol Clayton

Errol will take us through the history of conjuring, based on his popular Hampton Court Palace talk. He'll even include some sleight of hand, so keep your eyes on him.

The History of Conjuring with Errol Clayton
Errrol in his own words

Hi, I'm Errol. I've been involved in magic my whole life, my great grandfather was a founder member of the Edinburgh magic circle so I am a fourth generation magician. I first appeared on television when I was ten years old, performing an illusion on the Disney Club and being a assisted by magic legend Paul Daniels.

I've always been fascinated by victorian spiritualism, during my investigations into séance work I attended a great many 'genuine' séances and spoke with a number of psychics, mediums and charlatans who ply there trade nightly, some of whom are members of my own family.  I gained a wealth of insight and knowledge from those experiences and together with a few of my own inventions, I am able to pierce the veil between this world and the next (twice nightly & three times on weekends).

As a professor of the dark arts I also give regular talks at Hampton Court Palace on subjects ranging from 'Witchcraft & Wizardry' to 'Victorian Ghost Stories'.
